TINGILEGNO DYE FOR WOOD-CONCENTRATED 250 GR. VELECA

Tingilegno concentrated VELECA, it is a dye solution concentrated ideal for dyeing any type of raw wood, and/or has had its paint removed, penetrates in depth and makes it stand out to the maximum intensity of the veining and the natural beauty of wood and is therefore indicated for the treatment of all wood objects to which you want to give it a particular coloration.

• Can also be used as a dye for paints transparent solvent-based.
• Can be diluted with water, alcohol or thinner, until you get the desired color shade. (more dilute and less color)
• Available in 13 colours, mixed with each other to obtain an infinite range of colors.

APPLICATION EXAMPLE:

• Dilute the product with water or solvent to obtain the desired color shade: dilution indicative of 1 part tingente diluted with 10 parts of water or solvent to the wood color (cherry, oak, walnut, mahogany, antique walnut and rosewood).1 part of tingente diluted with 5 parts of water or solvent for the basic colors (yellow, orange, red, green, and blue).
• Before you paint the wood, sand the surface with a fine abrasive (grain 320/360) to eliminate any imperfections and clean the surface well.
• Apply the tingente brush, a rag or a sponge.
• To achieve a good painting, it is preferable to treat the entire surface with a single pass; to smooth the coloring of the support, roll out and pull well tingente immediately before it dries.
• We suggest that the application of 1 hand; it is, however, possible to repeat the operation more times until to reach the desired colour.
• Make sure that the stained wood is completely dry before starting the treatment of painting with transparent paints.
• Needed to consider that it takes different times for the drying of the tingente, in relation to the type of diluent used to “stretch” the tingente the same: wait for 4 hours if the tingente was diluted with alcohol or thinner and 24 hours if the tingente was diluted with water.
