PACKAGING
Our attention for the goods you ordered, starts from the stage of packaging. EdilAcilia is always careful that the packaging is proof of "the transporter", therefore it is the responsibility of the staff assigned to the warehouse to do everything possible to reduce the probability of damage during shipping, but we always recommend that you affix the word "agree with reserve of control" on the coupon of the courier at the time of delivery.
The goods will be sent under your responsibility, but a particular attention is reserved for fragile objects. The boxes have a reasonable size and your articles are well protected.
SHIPPING
The goods are shipped usually within 2 days after receipt of payment and sent via express courier. Any shipping method is chosen, we will send you via email a link containing the code of traceability to allow you to follow online the path of the package.
The costs of shipping include are inclusive of cost of packing, which are fixed, whereas transport vary according to total weight of the shipment and may be subject to increases if the target is the Locality of the Disadvantaged and/or Minor Island in accordance with the tables of the courier.
We recommend grouping all items into a single order. We can not group two separate orders performed separately, and each of it will be applied to the shipping costs.
The parcel will be posted under your responsibility, but particular attention is reserved for fragile objects.
Shipments made by courier are not insured for the transport, so your parcel will be posted under your responsibility and in the event of theft or loss of the parcel during shipping, EdilAcilia disclaims any liability.

DELIVERY TIMES
The time average required to the arrival of the goods at destination, from the moment of the payment, the amount on the 24/48 - hour (national territory), while if the delivery location is the Locality of the Disadvantaged and/or Minor Island can vary from 2 to 4 days.
In the case of products not being available these times you may stretch, therefore, in the case of the purchase of one or more of these products, EdilAcilia undertakes, prior to the confirmation of the order, notify the customer of any slippage, delivery, and to proceed with the order only after confirmation of the same.
